What the maker says
For many everyday and high-performance athletes, the foundational nutrients that matter most are often overlooked. Calcium is an essential foundational mineral that helps to maintain healthy bone density and is also important for cardiovascular health. Numerous studies have reported significant benefits of calcium supplementation and how it may help reduce the risk of osteoporosis when adequate calcium levels are maintained throughout life as part of a well-balanced diet. Klean Calcium (Citrate) provides athletes with a highly bioavailable calcium citrate to support bone health. A great addition to your daily regimen, Klean Calcium (Citrate) can help athletes consistently stay in the game and perform at their best.‡
