In two decades of practicing medicine, I’ve learned to take trends like this seriously, because underneath the headline there’s usually real biology. There is here, too. But there’s also a sourcing problem, an evidence problem, and — this is the part I like — an alternative that solves both, using material you already own.

What PDRN actually is — and the science it deserves credit for

PDRN is a mixture of DNA fragments extracted mainly from the reproductive tissue of chum salmon.
